SOLUTION: This roofing material A with a flat surface is formed in such a shape that the height T of an eaves-side end 2 in a direction parallel to the vertical direction of a roof surface in construction is 15 mm or more. The ratio between a horizontal working length LW and a curvature radius R, in a plan view, of the eaves-side end 2 is set so that the value of LW/R can be in the range of 1/25-1/6.
