Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene terephthalate fiber having a controlled cross sectional form of a fiber for weight reduction a fiber having a modified cross section, or an extremely fine fiber, or the like, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The method for producing the cross sectional form-controlled fiber uses A-components 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 as the polyethylene terephthalate and B-components 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 as a block copolymer having a prescribed constituting ratio of polystyrene blocks to polyolefin blocks, having a melt flow rate of the component B of not less than 3 g/10 min, having a prescribed constitution rate of the component A to the component B and extruding the molten polymers of the component A and component B from a composite spinning nozzle and spinning the molten polymers at a high speed of not less than 5 km/min. The composite fiber obtained by the this method, and the polyethylene terephthalate fiber obtained by removing the component B from the composite fiber are also provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
