SOLUTION: The chloroprene rubber latex adhesive composition comprises a chloroprene rubber latex (a) that has a gel content of 0-20 wt.% and is synthesized by using a rosin acid salt-based activator and a chloroprene rubber latex (b) that has a gel content of 30-100 wt.% and contains an intramolecular carboxy or hydroxy group.
