Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic type liquid enteral nutrition which secures good emulsification stability in the homogenization treatment in the manufacturing process and after heat sterilization by being prepared using a casein hydrolyzate and a specific emulsifier even when a liquid enteral nutrition is rendered acidic, has low viscosity to excel in tube flowability, and can be ingested in supplementing nutrition to the old and patients who require nutrition. SOLUTION: The acidic type liquid enteral nutrition uses a casein hydrolyzate whose protein has an average molecular weight of 500-10,000 Da, comprises 0.2-1 wt.% organic acid monoglyceride as an emulsifier, and has viscosity of the enteral nutrition after heat sterilization of 3-30 mPa s.
