Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing and recovering carbon dioxide from exhaust gas, whereby carbon dioxide can be efficiently removed and recovered from the exhaust gas while minimizing material cost. SOLUTION: A washing liquid, obtained by washing heated residue of livestock feces or livestock feces compost with water in a washing tank (2), is contacted with combustion exhaust gas in an absorption tower (5) so as to induce absorption of carbon dioxide in the combustion exhaust gas by the washing liquid.
