Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent objects to be discharged from clogging even if a low-output suction means is used. SOLUTION: The discharging device includes a loading part 5 on which many objects 1 to be discharged which are dischargeable by sucking are loaded and a suction means 4 for sucking the objects 1 to be discharged on the loading part 5 downward from a suction port 6 formed in the loading part 5 and discharging them to a discharge port 8 which is arranged at a higher position than the loading part 5.
