CONTROL DEVICE AND PROGRAM FOR COPING WITH EARTHQUAKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device and a program for coping with an earthquake, capable of effectively restraining the occurrence of damage by long-period ground motion, without performing unnecessary control. SOLUTION: A CPU 40A provides the occurrence of the earthquake in real time, and predicts a physical quantity (a speed response quantity) of indicating an amplitude level of the long-period ground motion caused in response to the earthquake and a physical quantity (an average interlayer deformation angle) provided based on the amplitude level, in an installation position of a predetermined control object (an elevator and a broadcasting system) based on real-time earthquake information, when the real-time earthquake information including the information indicating the magnitude of the earthquake and an occurrence position is acquired via a network 12, and controls an elevator control board 44 and a broadcasting control board 46 in real time so as to restrain the occurrence of damage by the earthquake based on the predicted physical quantity.
