Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately treat rain water which has passed through a lip part of a molding member. SOLUTION: The vehicular door structure is equipped with: a door body 21 mounted to a vehicle body to be freely opened/closed; a door glass 22 which is stored inside the door body 21; and the molding member 23 provided along an upper edge part 27 of the door body 21 for sealing a clearance between the door body 21 and the door glass 22. The molding member 23 is equipped with: the lip part 42 abutting on the door glass 22 side; and a projection part 43 formed below the lip part 42 and projecting to the door glass 22 side.
