Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tie-down hook structure having endurance of load to the lateral direction of a vehicle as well as load to the vehicular longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: Forked split pieces 42, 43 are extended on an upper part of a tie-down hook body part 41 having a hook hole 41a. While leaving an approximately triangle opening cross-sectional part 44 at a base part of both forked split pieces 42, 43, fixed parts 42b, 43b of upper end parts of both split pieces 42, 43 are fastened/fixed to outer surfaces of both right/left sidewalls 11, 11 of a side member 1 by three fastening bolts 5a, 5b, 5c, which makes both right/left pieces 42a, 43a in the approximately triangle opening cross-sectional part 44 mutually support the deformation to the right/left directions.
