SOLUTION: A vehicle deceleration controller includes: a μ gradient calculation part 25 for obtaining a grip characteristics parameter indicating grip characteristics of a wheel based on a wheel force (lateral force Fy) and a degree of slip (slip angle βt) that are detected; a correction coefficient K calculation part 26 for obtaining a correction coefficient K based on the grip characteristics parameter; and a target speed calculation part 22 for calculating a target speed V*based on the turning state of the vehicle while correcting the target speed V*by the correction coefficient K.
