PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image reproducing apparatus with which a user can easily select a desired moving image from many moving images. SOLUTION: A terminal 300 with a moving image reproducing function reproduces a moving image distributed on demand. It includes: a moving image reproducing part 303 for displaying meta information about an moving image distributed by superimposing it on the whole or part of a moving image during reproduction in overlapping; a stationary image drawing part 310; a graphic output part 308; a video image output part 305; an input receiving part 309 for receiving user input operation; a screen transition control part 306 for switching display of meta information concerning a moving image distributed in response to an input from the input receiving part 309; and a display description reproducing part 307.
