Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency circuit, a high-frequency power amplifier and a semiconductor device proper to multibands or multimodes. SOLUTION: The high-frequency circuit amplifies a high-frequency signal. The high-frequency circuit includes: an amplifier amplifying the high-frequency signal and outputting an amplified signal; a load circuit connected to an output from the amplifier; and a selecting circuit selecting a transmission line connected to the output from the load circuit from a plurality of the transmission lines in response to a plurality of the transmission lines and the specified parameter of the amplified signal. The high-frequency circuit further includes a conversion circuit converting a load impedance at a time when viewing the output side of the amplifier from the amplifier into a specified load impedance at every transmission line selected by the selecting circuit.
