PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a visitor to be free from a wait feeling by viewing a content corresponding to the wait time of the visitor concerning a visitor reception device for receiving the visitor to facilities, a visitor reception method, and a visitor reception program. SOLUTION: Detection information which indicates the detection of the visitor is acquired (S70), and visitor announcement information for urging the input of correspondence propriety information which indicates whether correspondence is performed or not is transmitted to the contact destination of a person in charge (S74). Then, a pre-input estimation wait time which is an estimation wait time of the visitor from the transmission of the visitor announcement information to the input of the correspondence propriety information is acquired so as to present the content of a reproduction time corresponding to the pre-input estimation wait time to the visitor (S75). Then, a post-input estimation wait time which is an estimation wait time of the visitor after the input of the correspondence possible information is acquired so as to present the content of the reproduction time corresponding to the post-input estimation wait time to the visitor (S76).
