SOLUTION: The DC superposition coaxial system includes: a TV antenna 2 which receives a video signal; a coaxial outlet 5 which is connected to the TV antenna 2 via a coaxial cable 9 to output the video signal input via a coaxial cable 9 to the video apparatus; and a DC power superposition part 34 which superposes DC power to be supplied from a cooperation control part 13 via the power line 14 on the video signal, wherein the coaxial output 5 outputs the video signal on which the DC power is superposed to the video apparatus.
