TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE SUBSTRATE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a transparent conductive substrate capable of forming a titanium transparent conductive film exhibiting excellent conductivity, by a simple applying method. SOLUTION: A precursor dispersion containing (A) a reaction product prepared by reacting a titanium compound with hydrogen peroxide, (B) a reaction product prepared by reacting a niobium compound or a tantalum compound with hydrogen peroxide, and (C1) a conductive substance comprising at least one of a metal nano particle and a metal nano fiber, or a precursor liquid containing (A) the reaction product, (B) the reaction product, and (C2) a conductive substance precursor of precipitating a metal nano particle by the heating under the reductive atmosphere, is applied on a transparent substrate, fired and thereafter heated to be subjected to an annealin treatment under a reducing atmosphere.
