SOLUTION: A collating means 4 receiving a seal impression image captured by the image photographing means 11 of a portable terminal 1 and customer identification information input by a customer identification information input means 12 collates the seal impression image with the imprint image of the registered seal impression registered in a registered imprint image database 5 previously storing the imprint image of the registered seal impression of each customer in association with the customer identification information, transmits the collation result to the portable terminal 1, and displays the collation result on a display means 14 of the portable terminal 1.
