PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free loan service system of a product considering an environment allowing CO2emission reduction and the creation of a CO2emission reduction amount by not imposing a cost burden of a changeover or repair to the product considering the environment on a consumer desiring to perform changeover or the repair to an environment low-load product by paying attention to the effective use of a CO2emission amount transaction to make the changeover or the repair to the environment low-load product easily and certainly performed. SOLUTION: In this free loan service system of the product considering the environment, the cost burden of the changeover or the repair is eliminated by performing free loan to the consumer desiring to perform the changeover or the repair to the environment low-load product from an environment high-load product to perform the creation of the changeover or the repair of the environment low-load product, so that the CO2emission reduction and the creation of the CO2reduction amount can be easily and certainly promoted.
