Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line-like laser light beam irradiation apparatus which forms mutually orthogonal crisscross line-like laser light beams by a single light source, thereby facilitating alignment, with respect to a work object by using the crisscross intersection point and improving the convenience. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a laser light source 7 for generating a laser beam flux P1; a conversion lens 8 for converting the laser beam flux P1 into a collimated laser beam P2; a first lens 9 for forming a first line-like laser beam flux; a second lens 10 for forming a second line-like laser beam flux which is orthogonal to the first line-like laser beam flux; and a reflective optical system 11, including a first reflective surface 11a for reflecting the collimated laser beam flux P2 toward the first lens 9 and a second reflective surface 11b for reflecting the collimated laser beam flux P2 toward the second lens 10. The collimated laser beam flux P2 is guided to the first reflective surface 11a and the second reflective surface 11b, to form the crisscross line-like laser light beams on the same plane S by the cooperation of the first line-like laser beam Lv and the second line-like laser beam flux Lh.
