Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting an anti-erythrocyte antibody with high sensitivity without utilizing any agglutination reactions of an erythrocyte. SOLUTION: The method of detecting an anti-erythrocyte antibody includes: a first process for dissociating an anti-erythrocyte antibody bonded to an erythrocyte from the erythrocyte for preparing an antibody isolated liquid in a solution containing erythrocyte from a biological species to be inspected; a second process for bonding an antibody to the biological species to be inspected to a carrier as a binder antibody to prepare a carrier for detecting the anti-erythrocyte antibody; a third process for allowing the anti-erythrocyte antibody in the antibody isolated liquid prepared in the first process to react with a binder antibody on the carrier prepared in the second process to form the compound of a binder antibody and anti-erythrocyte antibody on the carrier; a fourth process for further allowing an antibody for detection to the biological species to be inspected to react with the compound of the binder antibody and anti-erythrocyte antibody formed in the third process to form the compound of the binder antibody, anti-erythrocyte antibody, and detection antibody on the carrier; and a fifth process for detecting the anti-erythrocyte antibody in the antibody isolated liquid by detecting the presence of the compound formed in the fourth process.
