Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing register device simplifying the structure and reducing the size of the device. SOLUTION: The swing register device 10 is provided with: a register case 12 having a ventilation passage 26 with a downstream end opened as a blowout port 26A of air-conditioning air; a blade 14 rotatably provided on the ventilation passage 26; and a drive unit 18 and a transmission mechanism 22 for reciprocating (swinging) the blade 14. The drive unit 18 is provided with: a movable member 32 which can be contracted in the longitudinal direction when a pair of electrodes 30, 31 are energized and can be extended in the longitudinal direction when the current carrying to the pair of electrodes 30, 31 is stopped; and a spring 34 for energizing the movable member 32 to make it extend to the longitudinal direction. By this configuration, the one movable member 32 is used for reciprocating the blade 14. Compared with a conventional configuration, therefore, the structure is simplified and the size of the device is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
