Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of securing the flow in a tank by stacking common plates and being easily processed. SOLUTION: An evaporating section 13 is constituted by stacking a plurality of plates 40. Each plate 40 has a first tank section 43 cylindrically projecting to one side in the thickness direction, and penetrating through in the thickness direction, projections 45-48 partially disposed on a tip section 43a of the first tank section 43 and further projecting to one side in the thickness direction from the tip section 43a, and a peripheral edge section 42 positioned at the other side in the thickness direction with respect to a throttled section 41 of the plate. When the plates 40 are stacked, the tip sections 43a of the first tank sections 43 opposed to each other are kept into contact with each other, and the projections 45-48 are inserted into the opposed first tank section 43, thus the displacement in the direction orthogonal to the thickness direction, of the opposed first tank sections 43 can be restricted by the projections 45-48.
