Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an automatic transmission, capable of performing a kick-down control suitably to improve the driveability, and improve the fuel consumption. SOLUTION: When kick-down operation by a driver is detected, the control device sets a target speed after an elapse of specified time previously set through the kick-down operation, based on an acceleration opening and vehicle speed. When the target speed is on a low speed side than the current speed, shifting-down is executed based on the throttle opening degree and the vehicle speed.
