ROAD PAVING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road paving machine which enables adjustment of the height and position of a screed, an auger, and a scraper blade during placement of a pavement material. SOLUTION: The road paving machine F has the pavement screed E whose effective width is adjusted consecutively, and is equipped with at least one pavement screed expansion portion 13 for expanding the effective width. The distribution auger 6 is supported in a distribution auger support unit 4, and is provided with distribution auger expansion portions 19a, 19b, and 19c. The scraper blade 20 is disposed behind the distribution auger 6 relative to the direction of advance of the scraper blade 20. At least one scraper blade portion 20a functionally related to the pavement screed expansion portion 13 is disposed to be structurally separated from the pavement screed E and at least one slot sheet steel plate 15. Both scraper blade portion 20a and distribution auger support unit 4 are adjusted in height via a drive unit 7 separately controlled during placement of a pavement material.
