Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrathin cold-rolled steel sheet which has strength and flatness required for building materials and is superior in its surface shape, particularly in its smoothness. SOLUTION: The steel sheet has a component composition comprising, by mass%, 0.01-0.10% C, 0.03% or less Si, 0.005-0.5% Mn, 0.01-0.20% P, 0.03% or less S, 0.01-0.1% Al, 0.010% or less N and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities; and also has a sheet thickness of 0.2 mm or less. Furthermore a surface shape of the steel sheet, which has been expressed by shape factors of A and B specified below, satisfies a relationship of an expression (1): B≤-0.08×A+1.7, wherein A represents the number of unevenness (pieces/1,500 mm) per unit length of a product; and B represents an average height (mm) of the unevenness.
