Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sheet composition capable of reducing unnecessary electromagnetic waves emitted from an electronic device and restraining electromagnetic disturbance generating in the electronic device, fast curing at a low temperature, generating no noxious odor and generating no corrosion, and a magnetic sheet produced therefrom and a method of manufacturing the magnetic sheet. SOLUTION: This magnetic sheet composition includes an aluminum chelate potential curing agent, a silanol compound/alkoxy silane compound represented by formula (A): (Ar)mSi(OR)n(wherein m is either 2 or 3, the total of m+n is 4, Ar is aryl which may be substituted, R is either hydrogen or methyl, and R may be the same or different if n is plural), an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin and a magnetic powder.
