Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam molded article which can solve lack of soft feeling and has a freely controllable surface shape, and to provide a method of molding the foam molded article. SOLUTION: The foaming molded article 3 includes a skin material 4, a core material 5 and a foamed material 6. The skin material 4 is shaped to a product form and the foamed material 6 is provided between the skin material 4 and the core material 5 by foam molding. A cushioning material 8, which can be elastically deformed and can be recovered with weaker force than the foamed material 6, is buried between layers of the skin material 4 and the foamed material 6. The cushioning material 8 is thermally melt-stuck to an inner surface part of the skin material 4 in advance by utilizing heat of the heated skin material 4 when the skin material 4 is shaped and further the cushioning material 8 is integrated with the foamed material 6 together with the skin material 4 when the foamed material 6 is subjected to foam molding.
