Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roller, which can solve a current-carrying deterioration in the conductive roller in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment (for example, 30°C and a relative humidity of 80%) under high current-carrying conditions (for example, a DC current of 0.2 mA or more and an AC current of 2 mA or more). SOLUTION: The conductive roller is manufactured by forming on a support an unvulcanized rubber layer having a layer of inorganic particles on the surface, vulcanizing the unvulcanized rubber while changing so as to push a die-pushing position to the whole layer of the inorganic particles at fixed distances as pushing the die to the inorganic particle layer, and forming the rubber layer in which the inorganic particles are embedded.
