PELLET MOLDING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pellet molding apparatus which is capable of molding pellets of uniform lengths efficiently, does not leave a raw material on the disk and allows molding pellets while crushing them, even when the raw material is a mixture of materials of different particle sizes. SOLUTION: The pellet molding apparatus includes a cylindrical housing 1, a disc-shaped disk 2 arranged horizontally in the housing 1 and a vertically-through molding hole 5, a rotor 3 tumbling on the upper surface of the disk 2 in the circumferential direction and a cutter 4 arranged below the disk 2. A circumferential guide groove 6 is formed in the upper surface of the disk 2, and the molding hole 5 is in the bottom surface 61 of the guide groove 6. The rotor 3 tumbles along the guide groove 6. There is provided a recovery rod 7 extending from the center above the disk 2 to the outer periphery of the disk 2. The recovery rod 7 has a bent part 71 and is roof-shaped, and the bent part 71 is positioned nearly at the center of the guide groove 6.
