PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle unit and the like capable of easily and surely setting a mobile equipment, that a driver owns, as a priority eqipment unit. SOLUTION: The in-vehicle unit 10 comprises: a communication means 110 for communicating with a mobile unit 30; a specific information storage means 150 for storing a plurality of specific information items assigned to a plurality of mobile units 30; a specific information output means 160 for displaying or outputting in voice one or more specific information items, among the plurality of specific information items stored, corresponding to one or more mobile units 30 communicable by the communication means 110; an operation means 170 for selecting one of the one or more specific information items outputted; and a priority unit setting means 180 for setting a mobile unit 30 corresponding to the one specific information item selected as a priority unit that becomes a target of priority communication.
