TELEVISION RECEIVER AND MEMO IMAGE PROVIDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved television receiver which has a memo function that limits the capacity of memory to be used to a minimum. SOLUTION: The television receiver has a broadcast content memory which stores video images of broadcast content, a memo function controller which extracts video images recorded in the broadcast content memory corresponding to a user instruction; a two-dimensional code generator which generates a two-dimensional code corresponding to the video image extracted by the memo function controller; a two-dimensional code memory which stores the two-dimensional code generated by the two-dimensional code generator; a display processor which composites the image recorded in the broadcast content memory and the two-dimensional code recorded in the two-dimensional code memory to generate a display image; and a display part which displays the display image synthesized by the display processor.
