Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station system supplying effective positioning assist information so as to acquire a correct position in GPS positioning by a mobile terminal connected to a satellite apparatus for a cellular phone dead zone countermeasures. SOLUTION: The base station apparatus and the satellite apparatus include: a position information holding part (104, 601) for preserving the position of the satellite apparatus to which the mobile terminal is connected in the satellite apparatus or the base station apparatus; and a control part (103, 602) for replacing the cell information (ID and information of longitude and latitude) of the base station apparatus included in an assist data request transmitted by the mobile terminal to a position server with the cell information of the satellite apparatus.
