SOLAR CELL BACKSIDE SHEET AND SOLAR CELL MODULE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell backside sheet, wherein the light efficiently enter a photoelectric conversion part of a solar cell, with good reproducibility of structure and handleability, and to provide a method of manufacturing the sheet and a solar cell module. SOLUTION: A solar cell module 15 includes a solar cell 12 which has a light receiving surface and converts the light received by the light receiving surface into electricity, for output thereof, and a backside sheet 10 provided on the side opposite to the light receiving surface of the solar cell through a filer material 11. The backside sheet 10 includes, in the order starting from the light receiving surface, a structure layer 24, a light reflecting material 21, and a base material 30. A relief structure 26 is formed on a part of or the entire surface of one side of the structure layer 24. The light reflecting material 21 is arranged on the relief structure 26, filling the space between the structure layer 24 and the base material 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
