PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a program for executing processing based on user information indicating a user to the information even when the information acquired from an external device does not indicate the user. SOLUTION: A user information storage part 40 stores user information indicating a user in association with acquisition source information indicating an acquisition source of the information. An information acquisition part 42 acquires information. A user information association part 44 associates user information stored in the user information storage part 40 associated with the acquisition source information indicating the acquisition source of the information, with information to be acquired by the information acquisition part 42. A processing execution part 46 executes processing based on the user information associated by the user information association part 44 with the information to be acquired by the information acquisition part 42.
