CHECKLIST CREATION APPARATUS AND METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a checklist creation apparatus that can avoid adding unnecessary check items. SOLUTION: A failure database 212 stores information about failures and results of response to the failures in association with information identifying operations having caused the failures. An additional item determination part 222 extracts from the failure database 212 failures in operations that are not included in the evaluation items of a checklist whose failure response result is not information denying failure.
