Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road attachment capable of being easily installed and observing a temperature even in a case of a road which has little vehicle traffic. SOLUTION: The road attachment is provided with a solar cell 11, a storage unit 12 for storing electricity generated at the solar cell 11, a temperature sensor 14 for measuring a surrounding temperature, and an IC tag 10 connected with the temperature sensor 14 and operating using the storage unit 12 as a power source. The road attachment 1 is configured so that the IC tag 10 includes a radio transmitter 16 and an identification information holder 15 for holding identification information to transmit temperature data obtained by the temperature sensor 14 through the radio transmitter 16 together with the identification information.
