Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail connecting mechanism, in which an object to be conveyed is smoothly transferred in a horizontal direction even if vertical position displacement or a gap between an elevating rail and a fixed rail is fluctuated. SOLUTION: The rail connecting mechanism includes the fixed rail 120 and the elevating rail 110, and is constituted so that the object P to be conveyed is transferred in the horizontal direction.
