TRAY CONTAINERS OF VEGETABLE RAW MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tray containers of a vegetable raw material which is allowed to be disposed of together with domestic waste after used, and to be disposed of by being buried in the ground, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The vegetable raw material 1 is an organic raw material, such as chaff, bamboo, timber from forest-thinning, straw and weed and a thing being left or discarded is made into powder 2, and since a softener 3 is assigned to the powder of an organic waste material and polished rice bran after food processing is carried out and a binder 6 is pelletized by carrying out the mixing agitation 10 of a natural thermosetting resin, a pollution-free low cost container is produced easily in mass production, and since a biodegradable organic film sheet 25 is applied on the container by coating, a strong container is provided and the container is excellent in heat-resisting property and cold-resisting property. Moreover, since incineration disposal can be also used for the waste disposal for the common rubbish and when underground buried disposal is also carried out, microorganisms are allowed to be resolved and returned to the natural world, the ecological environment is not broken.
