Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feedback a steering angle of a steering wheel to a handle, and to solve a problem wherein the handle cannot be operated when a power source is turned off. SOLUTION: A handle device 1 includes an input shaft 10 rotating according to a turning angle of a handle 5, a feedback shaft 11, a worm wheel 21 provided to the feedback shaft 11, a worm 20 connected to the worm wheel 21, a feedback drive part 13 rotating the worm 20, a restraining part 15 restraining a displacement angle between the input shaft 10 and the feedback shaft 11, and a displacement angle sensor 12 detecting the displacement angle. A steering drive device comprises a steering wheel drive part driving the steering wheel in a steering direction, and a steering angle sensor for detecting the steering angle of the steering wheel. A control part drives the steering wheel drive part based on signals from the displacement angle sensor 12, drives the feedback drive part 13 based on signals from the steering angle sensor, and rotates the feedback shaft 11 following the rotation of the input shaft 10.
