INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS AND INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus and an information processing system, capable of improving the confidentiality of printing data while electric power consumption is suppressed when printing is performed. SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes: a managing part 109 for storing a continuously executable group table 210a expressing a user ID201 being an element for a continuously executable group; a storing part 110 for storing the printing data related to the continuously executable group; and a job managing means for keeping the execution of a printing job for the printing data waiting until a job execution command is received. The job managing means, when the job execution command is received, searches the continuously executable group having the user ID201 included in the job execution command as the element, extracts the printing data related to the searched continuously executable group, and constitutes the information processing apparatus so that the printing job for the extracted printing data can be continuously executed.
