RESISTANCE DEVICE FOR RICE POLISHING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance device for rice polishing machine which is a constitutional element of a rice polishing machine as a center of a compact and common-use type rice polishing system capable of taking out unpolished brown rice as it is from a brown rice tank, and can evade problems of a manufacturing cost, maintenance and handleability with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The resistance device for rice polishing machine comprises: a resistance plate (3) facing a sending port (2a) of a polishing part (2); an opening and closing arm (4) which rocks and supports the resistance plate (3) movably forwards and backwards; a pressing mechanism (5) which operates a repulsive force to the resistance plate (3); and a rotation adjusting mechanism (6) for adjusting the repulsive force applied by the pressing mechanism (5) according to a rotation operation of a rotation shaft (6a). An opening mechanism (7), which is composed of an operation part (7a) and a follower part (7b) and performs an opening movement of the resistance plate (3) according to the rotation operation of the rotation shaft (6a) of the rotation adjusting mechanism (6), is formed between the rotation adjusting mechanism (6) and the opening and closing arm (4).
