PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal receiving broadcast push type information provision service without depending on a radiowave state and stably receiving the service. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 10 includes: a mobile terminal signal receiving means 1 for receiving a mobile terminal signal from a nearby base station 100; a modulation signal receiving means 2 for receiving an FM signal from the other mobile terminal 10A; a received information storage means 3 for storing character information on the mobile terminal signal and the FM signal in an emergency information table 3a; an emergency information detection means 4 for detecting emergency information from the character information; a modulation signal conversion means 5 for converting the mobile terminal signal into the FM signal; a modulation signal output means 6 for outputting the FM signal by radiowaves; an out-of-service determination means 7 for determining whether or not the terminal is located in an out-of-service area; a receiving frequency retrieval means 8 for retrieving a receiving frequency of the FM signal from a frequency management table 8a when the terminal is in the out-of-service area; and a frequency change means 9 for changing the FM signal into a frequency different from the receiving frequency from the frequency management table 8a when the FM signal is received from the other mobile terminal 10A.
