AQUEOUS DISPERSION FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRONIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous organic semiconductor dispersion usable for film formation in a process of manufacturing an electronic device. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the aqueous dispersion for manufacturing an electronic device, wherein the dispersion contains at least organic semiconductor powder having charge transport capability, and a solvent containing water as a main constituent, and is prepared by dispersing the organic semiconductor powder in the solvent. When manufacturing various kinds of electronic devices such as an organic transistor and a photoreceptor, the aqueous dispersion for manufacturing an electronic device is applied onto a treatment object body, and used for an application for forming an organic semiconductor film by being dried.
