SOLUTION: The flange 33 includes a plurality of weld lines located near an opening 33a thereon. Each weld line is set in an intermediate position between two corresponding gate traces of a plurality of gate traces 33c, and includes a plurality of pushing pin traces 33d formed on the flange.
