SOLUTION: The circuit for driving the word line includes: a first driving means (410) for driving a word line (WL) with an activation voltage (VPP), a second driving means (420) for driving the word line with an inactivation voltage (VPBW), and a third driving means (430) for driving the word line with a voltage (VSS) between the activation voltage and the inactivation voltage.
