DISK DRIVING DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the position of a loading arm in an insertion standby state of an optical disk. SOLUTION: The disk driving device includes: a device body 3 into/from which a disk 2 is inserted/ejected; an arm body 51a rotatably supported on a support point part 63 disposed on one side within a plane parallel to the disk 2 in a direction orthogonal to the insertion/ejection direction of the disk 2 of the device body 3; a support part 61 for supporting the rear side face of the disk 2, in the insertion direction, disposed in the tip of the arm body 51a, a loading arm 51 rotated in the insertion direction to pull the disk 2 into the device body 3 when the disk 2 is inserted and rotated in the ejection direction when the disk 2 is ejected; and a holding member 70 for holding, when the disk 2 is inserted, the arm body 51a in a rotatable insertion standby position toward the side face of one side of the device body 3 by the support part 61 pressed by the outer periphery of the disk 2.
