CELLULAR PHONE TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent copy of media data and to easily exchange data for trial listening between cellular phone terminals without requiring much cost. SOLUTION: The cellular phone terminal includes: a communication section for a base station for performing radio communication through a cellular phone base station; a storage section for storing a subscriber terminal identifier and media data encrypted by a subscriber identifier; an inter-terminal direct communication section that performs direct communication between terminals without the cellular phone base station and receives the media data and the subscriber terminal identifier of another cellular phone terminal from the other cellular phone terminal by the direct communication between the terminals; a stopping section for stopping operation of the communication section for the base station when the inter-terminal direct communication section receives them; an update section for overwriting one's own subscriber terminal identifier with the subscriber terminal identifier of the other cellular phone terminal and, when the reproduction of the media data is completed, overwriting the subscriber terminal identifier of the other cellular phone terminal with one's own subscriber terminal identifier; and a starting section for starting the communication section for the base station after the update section overwrites them.
