Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacity type touch panel capable of drastically reducing cost and improving input durability by using a titanium oxide-based transparent conductive film formed by a coating method. SOLUTION: The electrostatic capacity type touch panel comprises a transparent substrate 2 having transparent conductive films 3, 5 on one or both surfaces, and an insulating film 4 covering the one transparent conductive film 3 that the substrate 2 has. At least the one transparent conductive film is formed by coating the transparent substrate with a precursor liquid containing (A) a reaction product formed by subjecting hydrogen peroxide to reaction on a titanium compound and (B) a reaction product formed by subjecting hydrogen peroxide to reaction on a niobium compound or tantalum compound, baking the precursor liquid, and then carrying out annealing processing by heating in a reducing atmosphere.
