SOLUTION: By providing a recessed part 10d recessed more than an upper mold flange face 10b on an outer circumference of an upper mold 10, and disposing the vacuuming hole 10a at its root, air in the vicinity 10c of the flange corner R can be discharged before the vacuuming hole is blocked by a resin sheet, and the shaped article can be created without leaving shaping marks of the vacuuming hole in the vicinity of the flange corner R.
