Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of easily forming light transmitting parts with a small area. SOLUTION: A top plate 13 has a glass plate 14, a metal thin film layer 17 formed below the glass plate 14 and a back coat layer 18 formed below the metal thin film layer 17. Some portions of the top plate 13 serve as the light transmitting parts 24a-24d having no the back coat layer 18 formed below the metal thin film layer 17. The heating cooker is provided with light sources 10a-10d for emitting light on the top plate 13 through the metal thin film layer 17 and glass plate 14 in the light transmitting parts 24a-24d.
