Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a core wall, which enables the core wall to be constructed by enhancing economic efficiency and constructibility while maintaining a function as a bearing wall, and the core wall. SOLUTION: A columnar high-strength portion 3a using high-strength concrete is constructed in a portion which serves as the end of the core wall, or the end, corner and the crossing portions of the core wall; a normal-strength portion 3b is constructed by placing normal-strength concrete, lower in strength than the high-strength concrete, in a portion between the high-strength portions 3a; and the high-strength and normal-strength portions 3a and 3b are integrally formed for the construction of the core wall.
